My understanding of todays eventsAs I understand today's news.
1. PODA will pay as a dividend roughly $22,675,000 spread over #56,000,000 shares.
This is roughly 40cents/share in US $'s.
2. PODA will pay the same shareholders another $22,500,000 to the same shareholders
over a longer "holdback period". Another 40cents/share US.
3. Then the company will have $55,275,000 from closing plus their current $14,000,000 cash
for a total of $69,275,00 of cash on hand before taxes of course.
Therefore, each share of PODA held will be worth 80cents from 1 and 2 above plus the liquidating value the compaany of $69,275,000/56 million shares or $1.23/share.
Total value of todays news is $2.03/share to the shareholders plus yesterdays closing price.
Not bad for us and Mr. Selby.
Does this represent what the PODA bullboard folks see or did I miss something. My opinion only.
