RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Didn't see Bridge at the Wild Horse last night No I used Google to look at it Malx1...and some research on that part of Calgary to get the new transit line info
So cannot claim to be like Corb Lund...a Hurtin Albertan....

Seems to indicate it is a seperate land parcel....but it could be owned....so an L shaped property in the best case scenario
And more news. A new LRT line ...Green Line....is coming with at least one new station within walking distance. Tracks will actually run adjacent to part of the north end of our property and turn the corner then cross Barlow somewhere to the east of the casino floor....maybe some expropriation coming---dunno
The adjacent LRT station will also have a large parking lot for commuters.
I expect that will positively impact the land values
Sage, didn't know you're out in Calgary. Next AGM you stick around or go early, Bridge promised to buy a round of celebration beverages. ------Was out with the Kasking yesterday doing some early $10 sp celebrating. Pretty sure his winnings were enough to sink the restricted cash. Five-figure slot wins... He bought a round of drinks for entire crowd. What a guy -------- kind of a casino Robin-Hood figure. They all know him out there
