Stock ownership by management and the Board

Stock ownership by management and the BoardTake a look at the shareholdings of both the management and the Board (you can find the information on serdar and the managment information circular, as well as on some third party sites).

Basically neither the Board nor the management own any significant number of shares in the company (except van Driel, who owns about 4.5 million shares). Most of the shares the Board and management hold, have been issued to them by the company for compensation or bonuses. No wonder no one cares as to how the share price is doing, those folks could care less, most of them didn't pay for the shares.

In my opinion these folks will issue equity at any price, it will not impact them at all. Collective irresponsibility and incompetence without consequence. The Board should be doing its job, which it clearly is not.
