I should add that if Management really believes that they are emerging from the bottom of the cycle, then they should be buying shares!

I find it really annoying when Mangement teams rely on their "free" shares and never do the honourable thing which would be to put their own skin in the game.

Unless I am mistaken, insiders only own 1.5%... less than $5 million at the current market cap.
