What are your shareholders rights, what can you do?LEGAL RIGHTS OF SHAREHOLDERS:
(a) You can contact CSE Exchange where company trades at: 1-416-572-2000 and bring up your concerns and how to proceed with a possible complaint in having transaction reviewed. If warranted there will be a regulatory review. They may also guide you to another regulatory department. They will most likely halt the stock pending review if enough people bring up all the same concerns.
(b) You can exercise your rights by voting for or against the transaction, they need 66% vote and if it is not met then the transaction is cancelled automatically.
(c) You can consult legal lawyer to have the transaction verified to see if your rights were violated, was transaction properly structured and did you get your fair end of the deal. If there is merit, action can be taken to contest the transaction.
(d) Sell your position and take your loss
My personal opinion,
