Long time lurker and long term investor. All that matters is cashflow now.... they have had solid cashflows for years now and it is just now starting to accelerate.... the acceleration of FCF will allow for more acquisitions.
I think they can hit their 3-5 year target easy because market is very fragmented. I see 5 years from now well over $400 million at around $100 million EBITDA. Put a 12X on that because high free cashflow on EBITDA and they will still have plenty of cash to keep adding more bolt on acquisitions!
$1.2 billion market cap in 5 years with 45 million shares is $26. I'm talking USD as I own shares on NASDAQ.
Too many think so short term.... this is a 5X-10X bagger over the next 5-10 years.
