RE:RE:Phone talk with Mr Hamelin Fbedard, dreamers are sleepers. Mr. Hamelin has now demonstrated his integrity and has spoken to you honestly about the Elder mine's low value in this very costly transportation environment.
That knowledge may also, not bode well, for any shipments of ore from the Discovery project to the SG mill. Any ore mined there would also have to be higher in grade than 4 g/t. or would have to be found in much wider vein systems, to be profitable. Abcourt needs to do a Preliminary Economic Assessment at Discovery once the 43-101 resource estimate for that property has been more properly assessed. We just don't know, as yet.
Keep in mind, transportation costs can certainly vary over time. But if the world demand for petroleum products remains strong, the present lack of supply may only make the oil price run, very much higher.
An economic recession could help put the brakes on some of the demand.
So, gold could decline a little in value.
Fear of such a recession is now putting some downward pressure on the price of gold. The US dollar has now rallied somewhat higher, in that anticipation. Gold has already declined by some proportional amount.
But it is unlikely that central bankers would allow a recession to last very long. So over time, we will have to get used to a much higher rate of inflation than we have been used to in the past. Everyone will demand jobs and governments will continue to spend, far beyond their means.
There will be nothing that central bankers can do, to stop that! So gold should rally strongly, over time.
Abcourt investors should feel blessed by having a valuable high grade mine with an onsite mill. Future drilling will likely discover much more gold than the present day 43-101 resource estimate has presently defined. And remember, unlike Elder, none of this remaining ore has yet been mined.
Fbedard, dream while you sleep. But when you awake, look with amazement at the potential value of your purchase!
If you choose to trust the wisdom of your 10 cent investment , your purchased shares, should look really cheap, a year or two from now.
Many of today's shareholders have bought shares at much higher prices!
A private placement is usually made for a substantial amount. If a similar large acquisition was suddenly purchased on the open market, what do you think that the price of these same public shares might tend to be? Trust me, you would have to pay more!
So Instead of complaining about the price you have to pay, why not brag about the value and wisdom of your investment!
Abcourt insiders seem to have made their own decision. Are they, so very much smarter than you?
Not very likely, since it is widely understood that you already own, more than 15 million shares!
Just a little jealous!
All the best! Java
