this will turn.. and when it does it'll rip higher. Expecting a takeout at some point (tough to put a timeline on it.. but gotta be close if it's trading at these levels)

Glad I am not the only confused by this, oh well Neptune was in the same boat a few years ago and I made 10x my money so lets hope this one is the same, I have an order in to add more
