relative value of the laggards ...why?

relative value of the laggards ...why?There are few companies that have the high netback , tax pools and drilling locations that CPG does , it also has mature fields that are able to have flood mitigation to reduce decline rates (although at current price new wells make more sense).  So why the lack of follow thru ,, in my view it is a simple answer the general investment funds have yet to return to the sector. the retail and hedge money pick companies that have dedicated institutional shareholders that provide the support ,, why isnt crescent point among them ...simple past sins of management and Investment bankers selling highly dubious paper , the market has a memory albeitly it is short , sooner or later the grudge factor will be overwhelmed by the market forces of free cash flow yields , lets hope it is now!
