Then the cost of the valuation and other legal costs as well as the promotion of the news. There is all of the other labour and constant overhead. Sometimes when I read some of these nagging feeling posts, I wish they would just think a little before they post their insecurities or at least give it a chance to get to the time frame projected. Silence is golden. You are right, you don't know so when you do give us the facts.
