Could be wrong but have to think its the ~84.75MM fd shares @ 40c CAD + 62000 MV prefs @ $400 for a total of $58.7MM CAD + $1MM Cad left in PODA for total of CAD$59.7MM AFTER EXPENSES (all ot these parts equating to the USD55MM going to the Company,) and 'the owners (under the Royalty Agreement of the intellectual propert)' getting all of the other USD$ 55MM. Voila! Nothing else!
