As the seller, Western has two options: 1) Contintue to pour so much money into the house (Permitting, Further Drilling, Equity Raises, Option Grants, Executive Salaries, Construction Initiation), that you'll NEVER get that $$$ back or 2) Accept that the buyer can fix it up himself, but will want the house for a discount to the Seller's deluded asking price. WHICH IS IT??? Market sentiment turining against you at the WORST possible time!!!!!
