It s funny how they popup everywhere :)

Stelia is the Infrastrucuture part of Airbus, like was Bombardier Aerostructure.
Both dont exist anny more actually (On this form).

I dont know for Stelia saint laurent, but Stelia in france is now Airbus Atlantic.

As they are Infrastruture, they can work on Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, sub assy without restrictions.
But after the covid and geopolitics tensions, there is a general move to take back the work inhouse.
