The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Bottom or lower?

News of any kind can get traction on the SP it seems.The DOW gas fallen about 12% off the highs so far.But in a typical Global recession that is clearly underway markets fall on average 35%.So it seems the news that SBB puts out is mostly ignored.While I hope we are at a bottom but I have a feeling we might see sub $1 if markets get worse.
