RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Only dead companies use PO boxesYes, unfortunately the premise of this company was correct but with Marcello Leone steering the ship it seems the outcome was inevitable.
In the monthly report they mention "Evaluating M&A opportunities."
Merger might be OK but acquiring more junk, bailing out buddies and further diluting shareholders would be a disaster.
After the 10's of millions they've spent on deals probably the only half decent one was Keefs (which we still don't know whether it's even profitable).
Everything else has been an absolute dumpster fire and a waste of money.
Everything was executed to line insiders (and family's) pockets.
Truly a shame.
