RE:RE:RE:RE:Wow those numbers are awful

Since my data came straight from their earnings release it's not "factually incorrect". It's facts

2nd, feel free to look at adjusted, it doesn't change the fact that plus solutions is the one way they can apparently survive as their baseline is not doing anything.

just like in the past, let's see if this report that you paint as being positive will lead back to $14 a share. I'll just wait for it to sink more before buying in as these numbers don't give an ounce of confidence

You have to look at the adj gross profit because otherwise you are looking at misleading numbers which are a result of PPA amortization which are non-cash and irrelevant figures.  This is explained in the press release and that is why you are presented both in the tables.

The only thing that matters for this company right now is the fact that Plus Solutions growth needs to continue to happen so that they can take advantage of the large views scale they have.  If Plus continues to accelerate, they can be a very valuable business.

The other thing to take into account is that Q1 is seasonally the weakest so you can't look at runrates in Q1 and assume they are the steady state results for the business.  The difference between Q4 and Q1 is massive (with Q4 being a lot stronger)

Most important thing at this stage, is making sure they have the cash resources to get there given the environment we are in.  Their cash balance is still good but as an investor, I would like to see some cost decreases while they continue to grow Plus.
