The Viking is a light oil, horizontal development play located in central Alberta. Its operations are focused on the Esther area. Peace River is a stable, cold-flow, base production asset. It operates on a contiguous and an acreage within the heart of the Peace River Oilsands region.

CJ is now trading at a dividend yield of 6.75%.

Thats a good indication of the current market valuation of a dividend coming from a similar sized Canadian company in the oil/gas sector.

Very good for OBE's estimated share price once a dividend it introduced.
