RE:Nice EndAgreed, you were not clear when you spoke. You should have been more forthcoming, more direct and should have posted more often. It was your duty to protect others from these types of shady characters whom would sell their mother for 1/4 of a penny.
What you can do is what the rest of us are doing, LODGE A COMPLAINT TO THE BCSC and, encourage those whom you know to do the same thing.
I spent the better part of 1 hour yesterday speaking with the regulators and I brought forth all of my concerns in reviewing all of the documentation. I feel betrayed by management. They presented a false narrative of the future of the company, one which was based on production, robust sales, billions of pods, etc.... It was all lies. While they presented one version to investors based on a lie, in the background they were buying negotiating a buyout for their best interests.
The more people that lodge their complaints and protect their rights the more it is likely that we get a regularatory halt investigating our concerns.
This type of behaviour has to stop and it has to start somewhere. Might as well it start here. We be the example for the rest of the market.
In my previous posts I like all of the irregularities I noted, so you can copy them down and send it forth.
The regulators said that the patent issues is of interest to be scrutizined, especially the one that was assigned away for nothing by Poda for $ 146,000 and then was part of the package sold for the benefit of management for $ 45 million USD. Assignement of patent was not done at fair market value and shareholders should be entitled to a large chunk of the $ 45 million USD mount.
A yes vote is by no means assured and, an approval by the regulators is also not a sure thing, especially with hundreds of complaints flooding in.
Do you part and lodge your complaint.
