One of my grow modules produces 2000 pounds of fresh groceries per year and module only costs 20 thousand cad. Depending on how you value fresh better than organic food, payback is about one year.
One gets to breath in all that oxygen and suck up all that vitamin d producing light while tending the plants.

sounds like you have figured out how to grow in the frozen tundra. Now you need to show me how to grow stuff like that in the arid blast furnace where I live. We hit 107F a couple of days ago.
