RE:RE:NHHH- a Crossroads comingPatents have always been a risk since this company was formed. It was never clear who owned the patents, Dr. Dincer, who has published a lot of material about ammonia. or Roger Gordon who also claims to own the patent. In the early days it looked like the same technology was sold to two different groups, one being Fuel positive. It is not clear, and will not be until the technology is proven, and revenue is generated. That will prompt a lawsuit from the other party. I suspect that suing now no benefit, regardless of the case, since suing a company with little money is waste of time and effort. But if this turns out to be a winner, and the market value starts to approach the hype, then there will be a lawsuit, almost for sure, the reult of which is unknown. It is still a risk.
