the management at this site is so far over their heads as just not the experience to be in the position some are in as the actual UG manager has zero qualifications to be in such a position as the highest level of experience is an underground Safety man and was hired by his friend the previous mine manager in the early start up days and nothing will change on this site until proper people are pit in place
