So you think if we hit 1.57 that becomes an average? Lol, I don't even know why I waste my time. Time to take a math class and get that mercury out of your mouth. You don't reckon they'd settle on 1.60 or 1.50 instead of 1.57 which happens to be the closing price the day before the news release?

Au contraire, Bio...it doesn't say anything about the price at close. It just says $1.57. You do realize that on Feb. 7 and April 25 we hit $1.57 as well. That sounds like an average to me. You may have lived and breathed this "work" for years but it sounds to me like you're getting a bit wheezy.
