It also designs and manufacturers multi-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components technology for critical aerospace and defense applications.

About 40% of Pipestone's float is tied up by private equity guys. Hard to get volume on that stock.

I think they're a clear take-out candidate for sure, especially with the massive leverage PE has on the company. It would be a phenomenal tuck-in asset for anybody really.
