I really hope they pay down that note to 200 mil before they refinance it. Kicking the debt down the road is not a good look.

Who knows what the NG market will look like when that note is due.

I'd like to see Dale follow Headwater or Kelt's method. Grow straight off the cash flow.

It will be slower and longer but if the market turns they have no stress.

If somebody comes along and want's to buy them out for current production that is an option as well.
