That is th(e) problem!!
There is no such "subject TH"!
They began phase 1b, so now we have to wait for another x months to get any info!

And we and all the rest know they don't have the money for too long, so will have to search a way to get to additional cash!
And just like they said before the other "O O ", there are many ways to augment their capital structure...............and then they will do another "O O" at "very favorably terms..... OMG !!!!!
