Fortune Minerals Limited is a mining company. It is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

1 Billion shares?Easy to give out options when they will be 1/10th of the origonal amount when financing Hits!   lol  just kidding ,, i just dont see FT giving a hoot about small shareholders,, staying strong , bitting my nails till Our! reality Hits, can we chug along with over 1 Billion total shares?     does that ever happen to JRs?  or is the trend to Concol and start over with new small investers?     stats guys?  i hope they can just have the debt extended and dealt with when a partner comes on.     cheers!
