RE:WCP down again?

RE:WCP down again? Been wondering about this myself as its been going on for a while.
Possibilities
1. uncertainty about the profitability of their CCUS business and future potential capex requirements.
2  CPP selling off more  of their WCP holdings
3 Amount of shares outstanding and NCIB $ investment (potentially $580mil over 12 months to reduce the share count by only 10% ( as you noted)
4  Some disappointment about the monthly dividend

WCP is my largest Canoil holding

What's happening with WCP? Constantly down, pays a decent dividend, great management team, great production numbers, debt to hit $800 by next quarter, record earnings and constantly underperforming. Birchcliff, Cardinal, Meg, CVE, even Athabasca are outperform it, very puzzled by the activity, makes no sense. Any thoughts on why besides the float size?
