Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. RE:RE:RE:RE:Speaking Of "Marner" . .The "good guy with the gun" in Buffalo had the wrong ammo unfortunately.  In the Buffalo case, body armour piercing bullets were required.  Along with the appropriate ammunition, more "good guys with guns" could have easily neutralized this threat. 
What's better than a good guy with a gun ?  Yup, that's right, MULTIPLE good guys with guns !
Guns save lives.  PERIOD !
