RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:INCREDIBLE DESTRUCTION OF VALUEIMO and only MY OPINION but this 14 million shares could be bennifacial. They were good drill results but 2 people seemed to have wanted out and tanked it. Maybe they seen this coming but we don't know anymore as they don't have to report on sedi. But if the stock prices after the consolidation the share price could go quite a bit higher. It went up to .065 giving it a MC of about $7 Million. That same MC post consolidation would be about .50c. This could go up as high as a $1 with so few shares outstanding. Hard to believe that it would but if that is the case then that debt can get out faster with higher share prices. We do seem to have a good gold mine with further drilling already permitted and a good idea of where to drill next it could happen.
That day of the news release 20 million shares traded with an immense amount of selling pressure. It would have gone higher.
Hard to say how many shares the debt holder has left after the issusance. Does the company have to approve of the convert first or can the debt holder do it on there side somehow? Not sure how that works.
