Scaling is done routinely and according to guidelines from the MOL in the provincial jurisdiction the mine is located in. It has manpower requirements that the Company must fill to be in compliance, which means a Joint Health & Safety commitee may need to be formed with both staff and if a union represents workers would be also be represented with Union employees. At this point that's no big deal but may or may not be a concern as the workforce isn't in place. The size of the workforce also plays into the equation.
