MMY has been operated like a private corporation since its inception and that remains true today.
The way I look at it the advantages are......
1......less operating costs
2.....less bureaucratic demand on management
3.....no cranky shareholders to contend with
4... grift becomes an internal issue
5...liberating operating restrictions
For the life of me, I cannot understand why MMY is still a public company.
They dont use the public brokerages for financing needs
They have no interest in cultivating the institutional brokerage community or seek analyst coverage.
So, why are we still a public company ...
