RE:RE:SVA POTENTIAL TO HAVE $96 Million in CashNothign wrong with having cash on hand but not when it comes with massive dilution. If they could get a proper IR team to start promoting the stock and get the price up to where it deserves to be, they could easily raise more capital with less dilution with strong institutions instead of whoring themselves out to the lowest bidder who ends up abusing sva after blowing their load all over her retailers.
They actually have something to promote now, 3 patients off insulin, deal with Evotec, competition is all failing, fully cashed up, autograft thyroid trial to be started in a few months. The story sounds almost too good to be true and they still can't do anything with it yet they spend so much on IR.

Right now it's the banksters and investment houses (LJ & CC) that are maintaining the rangebound price tag (i.e. between them and the IR guys in house, they have an agenda to short whenever they want). There is so much chatter about institutional investors picking up shares when the uplisting happens, and no doubt there will be SOME interest. But there's a third leg here: Big pharma could hold 4% of the company without having to make any declarations. Hypothetically that means a pharma (especially a pharma competitor) could hold...say...10,000,000 shares at any time and use that position to "position themselves" for any kind of outcome they choose to explore. I know there are folks (retail) who hold what they consider to be large positions, but it would appear that those in the 10 million+ category is small relative to insiders and BD financiers. When it's going to get interesting, is when (not if) the proxies for EVOTEC decide that they want to duke it out with the range binders. As the de-risking continues (fingers crossed) it will be harder and harder for the "anonymous" tribe (more than one) to bully the price, should ownership (which now includes EVOTEC...praise the Lord) start to take back control with some of that $90 Million +. Let's see if Phillip and the board (with our newest board member) are ready to face down the guy(s) who like to throw up a million shares on news, just to pish retail off.
