Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. The Company operates through five business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission and Midstream, Gas Distribution and Storage, Renewable Power Generation, and Energy Services. If you can afford a $100,000 car you can afford to let it go and have the insurance company replace it.  Chasing after gun-toting criminals is the job of law enforment professionals lest the good guy happens upon a jogger minding his own business and pops a round or two in him by mistake.

I didn't hear the cops publicly scolding the fellow a couple of days ago that caught one of three car jackers in Rexdale, and held him for police while the other two ran.  A gun was also found at the scene. Just imagine what this "good guy" could have done had he been armed.
