Yes a plain SIB of 2mm shares at $9 would add value if it were filled. 

I like the idea.

However, I wonder if that $9 offer would even get 500,000 shares tendered. 

Guess we don't know if we don't try.


I think there's room here to continue the $0.36/yr while borrowing to fund an SIB.

That would get my vote.

Take a few years to pay it off but a solid long-term investment in the existing business.

Timing would be ideal with early stages of Alberta recovery.

Risk would be the obvious, extended recession.

Hmmmmm....
