The biggest bear argument would probably be how strong is their competitive advantage with their psweb platform. My concern may be that a competitor may be able to easily replicate this technology and offer the same services. Although since the share price trades closer to book value I'm not as worried as an investor is not paying that much per share relative to their book costs.
