My comments comes past experiences.I have over 55 years of experience and many different variety of experiences.
I have bought and sold 4 cottages,have bought and sold 3 properties where i lived and i am now in the process of selling my last home.
I have bought and sold +- 50 flat that i rented to others.
I also have bought and sold farmland.
I have bought 1/3 of a camping ground 25 years ago and sold 2 years ago.
I have never made a bad move when i bought any of the upper mentionned properties.
All my mistakes were done by selling any or all of them.
I think all my past experiences could also apply to Abcourt.
Abcourt should not sell any properties but buy all available properties while they are at a discount.
Imagine what the values of properties could be when gold hits $3000 an oz.
Now beers seems to make my mind see more clearly so i will stop posting.
