He said the commission has forwarded my comments to appropriate staff for a regulatory review of the transaction.  I hope he is not just passing the buck (haha), but with what is still happening regarding this stinking corrupt nightmare........Any news from them will be posted on the OSC website...and existing information is on Sedar.  My guess is there will be a legal process to insure their paychecks as they continue to flush the investors $$ down the toilet into their huge gaping mouths. The hogs at the trough will take it all.
