It operates approximately 391 stores under three distinct banners consisting of 226 Reitmans, 85 Pennington, and 80 RW&CO.

They run it like a private company and hence why we are not a $5 stock which would be a fair price when looking at PE and book value. Stephen Reitman owns something like 15M shares. If he doesn't care that we are trading at 1/3 of what the company is really worth, then there's not much we can do.
