It is a provider of hydro conversion fixed-bed technology for the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry. It is also working with Chinese policy banks and Chinese companies to provide, project financing, drilling, production, and processing services to the oil and gas industry. Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Matters not where in Oman Genoil claims a refinery. IT WON'T HAPPEN. NEVER HAS, NEVER WILL.

Self-professed TURN AROUND EXPERT Davey does not warrant betting 0.009 per share-as amply evidenced by the Market. IMO.

Past performance is no indication of future results. Except in the case of Genoil, past performance present performance and future performance are indistinguishable. Twenty years of countless multi-billion dollar projects that have NEVER come into focus. There is no record of accomplishment out of the ground. NOT A ONE.

As my esteemed colleague stealth has stated-and I will ask: who would do business with such a mouthpiece?
