Really quiet here. Well it's the watch paint dry time I guess, hopefully the panel comes back before the 90 days as the Mayor of Marathon asked of them. With the Government's all about critical minerals this should go through well before the 120 days one would think??????? Let's hope as on poster said a very niche Xmas gift. I have been looking at beach condos!!!! That would be a nice entry into 2023 and retirement.
