RE:Service Contractors...Vote of Confidence..Your view may be correct digger and I hope it is. But look at it from the point of view that maybe the contractors were told take this or go to court to get your money. So a contractor was offered a choice...take option A and maybe you can get your money in 4 months or take option B and have a guarantee that you will not get all of it.

I like your viewpoint better. The only way to really know how much those contractors liked the deal would be knowing how many are returning to do more work if it is offered.
