RE:RE:North American Mine

RE:RE:North American Mine
  • KFW didn't go through all of their rigourous due dilligence just to give us one loan. They wanted to ensure we were of Tier 1 caliber to do business with other Tier 1 companies and Governments.
  • They did this for the long haul. They did this for future loans and their profitability, plus access to companies such as Almonty.  Almonty is part of the KFW family to get future loans provided they maintain their profit and business standards.

  • I agree with setting up another tungsten mine in the western hemisphere, but wasting 8 years to get it to production when the commodity super cycle is just commencing seems to be an inefficient use of our money. We could get a bigger bang for our investment if there is another prospect that is profitable and can get to production sooner than the 8 years. I was hoping we could had 3 more mines to our portfolio over the next 13 years.
  • But KFW and all other Tier 1 companies would like to see steady solid growth and I am hoping we would be a little more aggressive.  If we add another comparable mine like Sangdong to our portfolio, we can expect a $0.50 US dividend after the loan is paid off.
  • The US better start paving the road for us if we plan to build a tungsten mine in the US. After all we have a US Senator's son working for Almonty.
  • I am going to be an old fart by the time everything gets going.
