RE:RE:RE:The GBLC Buy BackYes, I read this, this is a news release stating that Graph got approved, as it mentions the number of shares they can buyback and time frame. DM's intial news release was announcing their intentions to buyback and it clearly states in that news release that they will announce the buyback once the approval process is complete.

(CSE: GBLC) (OTC Pink: REGRF) (FSE: RT5A) ("Graph" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its intention to initiate a normal course issuer bid ("NCIB") to purchase common shares of the Company (each a "Common Share") through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"). PI Financial Inc. has been appointed to make purchases under the NCIB program on behalf of the Company.
Under the terms of this normal course issuer bid, the Company may purchase up to 28,885,085 million Common Shares on the open market, effective May 3, 2022, and potentially extending for a 12-month period, and representing approximately 5% of the issued and outstanding shares.
Clearly states "their intention to initiate" meaning it hasn't been initiated yet or they would have said....the company has initiated the buy back process or they initiated it the same day the NR came out....so if they started buying back on May 3 it took 6 days from "intentions to initiate" to buyback
