All comes down to whether or not the $30 million financing closes. If it does I think you bet that a turn around has begun. If it does not you will have a big tax loss. Investors are not putting $30M in blindly. Hope it closes today and we get news on a permanent CEO who can fix what has been a train wreck from the executive level.
