+ they won't wait for future growth to start hiring and trainning people. It's a very long process. That would be even more catastrophic if they wait until the backlog grows exponentially. When the contracts starts coming in big, they will be ready to operate and execute on that growth because their employees will be fully trained and ready to produce.
