I'm quite aware of Mr Lube and their Walmart locations. But remember this. Mr Lube does not own the land or the leases. Walmart does. If there is money to be made from quick charging, Walmart will be offering it (just like many shopping centres today offer it in major cities). You don't need special expertise to offer fast charging. Just startup money and lots of space. Walmart has both. Mr. Lube will be no match for Walmart locations when it comes to fast charging.
