I think there are others who have looked at their latest report out a month ago, and after watching other companies in the oil & gas business now showing 2nd or 3rd quarter increases in net profit, but Perpetual remaining  in a stall position [ similar to what Athabasca was a month ago], are now starting to buy in anticipation of growing profits in the natural gas buisness [NLG up 500% in the year], and the profits they will be making off of the percentage ownership of Rubellite. Perpertual should be $5 to $7 by th end of 2022.
