Hahahah guess you're right! Here is another one to laugh about! "his job is not be right, it's to make money, trust him, he had made every stupid money losing market/trading move known to man (sadly, many (ok most) several times."
attn ZOUZs3 and newtrader1942 gents (or ladies)
because i am a generous sort and it appears you both have woefully poor reading comprehension i offer you this cut and paste ** info for you perusal (**this means i did not write it)
what i said.......... "
after a huge run, this stock has made a month of lower highs and lower lows historically this will continue until it stops"
gents, this is stock market 101
to wit: The sixth tenet of Dow theory contends that a trend remains in effect until there is a clear sign that the trend has reversed. Much like Newton's first law of motion, an object in motion tends to move in a single direction until a force disrupts that movement. Similarly, the market will continue to move in a primary direction until a force, such as a change in business conditions, is strong enough to change the direction of this primary move.
Reversals
A reversal in the primary trend is signaled when the market is unable to create another successive peak and trough in the direction of the primary trend. For an uptrend, a reversal would be signaled by an inability to reach a new high followed by the inability to reach a higher low. In this situation, the market has gone from a period of successively higher highs and lows to successively lower highs and lows, which are the components of a downward primary trend.
The reversal of a downward primary trend occurs when the market no longer falls to lower lows and highs. This happens when the market establishes a peak that is higher than the previous peak, followed by a
trough that is higher than the previous trough, which are the components of an upward trend.
where we are today, in the grand scheme of things, i have no idea, yet as previously noted, I will take advantage of whatever may show up tomorrow
good luck, have some fun
Oh well that was a great lesson for us. Gotta learn the hard way I guess. I apoligize for not taking you seriously. You definetely have experience. At least you learned from your mistakes and you tried to warn us but we were blinded. Realize how Whognu's tone has drastically changed lately. I believe he's been able to detect and act pretty well on periods of euphoria and discouragement. Well done! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now.
