I remember pure gold from 2009 13yrs of no progress in SP. I was always told that you cant borrow your way out of debt! When it cost you $41mil to make $18mil theres a serious problem. Well at least management will be able to give themselve bonus from the money raised. raising this money will only give them life support. Heavily in debt and too many shares. You can be sure that the 10's of millions of shares that were dumped will be sold into any movement. JMHO
