Except bbd which seems to attract subsidies from everyone. The corruption results in hospital, bridges, roads that fall apart and business ventures that fail one after the other. Which feeds the vicious circle of more subsidies "required". Meanwhile, no subsidy required, only permits, to create or recreate an energy industry focused on natural gas production, exploration, processing, transportation to Ontario or maritimes or even LNG to Europe. Nope. Huge subsidies partly paid for with transfer payments from the evil oil and gas industry of Alberta. Ticks me off so much, it's enough of a reason to avoid xbc. Sad. If I pull the trigger on xbc, it will be despite the Quebec involvement, not because of it.

Ya corruptions all over in Quebec but nothing for all other provinces... subsidies only in Quebec too never in history for oil industry...
